I Think I Will Sing

Felix is certain:
He simply won't take a pee,
As hard as I tug.

Acorn on the ground--
Beige dead sprout on a gray day;
I think I will sing

.

A small shining sun
In the midst of a gray day;
Nature sheds her light.

There is no wind now,
Not even a rippling breeze.
Dead leaf is still dead.

Canine mementos
Lie on the manicured sidewalk;
(What's wrong with this scene?)

Drops of rain falling;
Forgot I'm in Seattle;
(I water know.)

Striped cat or peacock?
Only the bush knows for sure,
And it's not telling.
