In and out the sun,
Reflecting my mood today.
Oh! Let the clouds go!
Guide says, "vibernum";
The plant doesn't know its name;
Rain drops just sit there.
Tiny maple tree
Bursts into orange brightness
Without a murmur.
Green ferns and bright moss
Decorate the ancient tree
Guiding twisted roots.
Flourish of pumpkins
Bedeck the front of the house.
(What season is it?)
Wild crocii growing
(Or are they called crocuses?)
I'm sure they don't care.
